Title: GENESIS C322: Construction Management: An Insight into a Functional Team

Description:

The single greatest challenge for Swimming Pool Contractors (SPC) to expand their business is the lack of competent and accountable Construction Managers. Being an Engineer or skilled craftsman, although helpful, certainly is not a prerequisite to be a good manager. In this course, we will explore what makes a good Construction Manager, and how they are an integral part of running a profitable business that provides quality work in a timely period with a “reasonable” or greater client satisfaction of the product result.

Learning Objective 1: Discuss the properties of an effective Construction Manager

Learning Objective 2: Learn the process of continuity and accountability oversite

Learning Objective 3: Review a predictable process which results in success
